Sir: The value of having a TV channel in Welsh (S4C) is undisputed. However, this does mean that there is a large swath of people in Wales who cannot receive Channel 4. Since S4C has stated that it will not be broadcasting the cricket, in future we shall be unable to watch Test matches. What can we do?
