Sir: It has been pointed out that not one Kosovo refugee has condemned Nato bombing.

But there again, if you were a Kosovo refugee arriving at the Albanian border, wet through, footsore, hungry and thirsty, and met a chap there from Nato, or what-have-you, with a notebook, a pot of tea and a plate of turkey sandwiches, and he asked you if you approved of the bombing campaign, you would say yes, wouldn't you?
