Letter: Cruelty of hunting
Sir: It suddenly occurred to me, as there are more than 500 hereditary peers looking for gainful employment and many are in favour of hunting, why don't they offer themselves as substitute quarry when fox-hunting is banned. It will help maintain the status quo, and, as we are often told, they will enjoy being chased.
