Letter: Davies' ordeal
Sir: Whatever the events that preceded the robbery to which Ron Davies apparently fell victim, it is unforgivable - given what is known about victim trauma - that he should have been allowed to make vital career- related decisions so soon after the event. On the surface, he seems to be a textbook case: a male victim of street violence blaming himself as an accommodation to the fact of victimisation.
