Sir: What hopelessly compartmentalised thinking from Diane Coyle.

Yes, there is much to admire in American entrepreneurial zeal, but can Ms Coyle make no connection with the same nation's refusal to contemplate kicking the carbon habit? Does she not realise that if we all became millionaires it would cost us the Earth?
