Letter: Euthanasia passports

Sir: Perhaps Mr Thomson is correct when he says that about 10,000 Dutch people carry "anti-euthanasia"' passports (letter, 26 November). However, euthanasia is far from "dead" in Holland. Hundreds of thousands of Dutch are members of the Euthanasia Society and carry "pro-euthanasia"' passports. When I still lived in Holland, I was one of them.
