Sir: It's a funny old world. The bouquets of Robert Maycock (On the air, Review, 21 May) were followed by the brickbats of Bayan Northcott (On the air, Review, 4 June).

The two critics reviewed completely different parts of the radio station's output and arrived at two completely different conclusions. All I can say is that in the house of Classic FM there are many rooms, and all are welcome.
