Sir: Diane Coyle (Comment, 7 June) advocates using milkmen to deliver goods we order on the Internet. Does she want to get up at five in the morning to sign for that book she ordered? The question of delivery, when many people are out at work all day, needs thought - but this proposal hasn't had enough.
