Sir: If Frederick Chiluba, the Zambian President, really wants freedom and liberty within Zambia's boundaries ("Africa bleeds, but don't write it off", 13 August), he could follow his own advice and sit down with the 12 Post journalists charged with espionage for publishing information readily available on the Internet.
