Sir: Well, excuse me but where has this weird notion come from that breast-feeding "any time, any place" (letter, 30 September) is some kind of civil right? It is simply a way of giving baby its lunch - nothing more. I do not expect to be allowed to eat my lunch anywhere I choose (say in the middle of a busy library) so why should that particular kind of lunch have some special status?
