Sir: Washington says it wants to restore Kosovo's autonomy. In reality, it is paving the way for an eventual Greater Albania. Why not also restore the Krajina Serbs' former constitutional status as one of Croatia's two historical nations? Better still, ensure their right of return to their ancestral lands.
