Sir: Robert Fisk's expose of Nato's "three o'clock follies" (" `It all went very well,' said the general. `Another effective day.' '', 15 May) was an excellent piece of informative, intelligent and unpretentious journalism.
I have watched these press conferences live and they are undoubtedly the most disgusting example of dehumanising PR, packed with allegations and "evidence" that would be questionable to a five-year-old.
I'm surprised that they haven't yet accused children of being couriers for the Yugoslav army, targeted cows for providing milk or deliberately destroyed 800-year-old monasteries to demoralise the Serbs... oh, sorry, that's been done.
