Letter: Pinochet's law

Sir: In view of the proposed release of General Pinochet and the award of costs might I inquire what will happen in the (unlikely) event of the capture of President Milosevich. It must certainly appear to the latter that to give himself up now, receive treatment for any possible ailment that he may have and then receive compensation followed by his release can only be to his advantage, or am I being too simplistic?
