Sir: The idea that there is little Christianity on radio and television beggars belief ("BBC puts Christ back into Christmas", 21 December).
The Daily Service, Prayer for the Day and Thought for the Day (formerly Lift Up Your Hearts) are prominent examples of long-standing regular programmes in which religionists, usually Christians, can promulgate their beliefs unchallenged.
What would those of other beliefs, not to say politicians, not give for such an unfettered privilege? As for my own stance, which is secular humanism, I have never seen it featured on radio or television.
