The Weasel made a right "fondue" of his discussion on the new Cheshire cheese (Up & Down Canary Wharf, 25 February). Bartholomew's Gazetteer may not have any reference to Churton - but Ordnance Survey Maps do. Churton is a village (map grid ref SJ 418 565) eight miles south of Chester, right in the heart of Cheshire's dairy country. Unfortunately, the cheese being marketed is called Churnton...
