Lady Gaga tracks reign in multiple Asian countries on Last.fm, the internet radio station that lets users listen to music in the site's library. Other top songs for the week ending on April 11 include Ke$ha's "TiK ToK," Coldplay's "Viva la Vida," several Pink Floyd selections, and "Run Devil Run" by South Korean girl group Girls' Generation.
