Berlin-based artist LIA LIA has shared the video for her song "Kids".

Directed and produced by the artist herself, the visuals work seamlessly with the quietly-intense instrumentation and her wonderful vocals, that sing a slightly withering take on the younger generation.

Check it out below:

Q&A with LIA LIA

What are you listening to at the moment?

Forever Blue from the album Forever Blue by Chris Isaak.

What are your plans for 2017?

2017 I want to read all ‘bout new wave science fiction and cyberpunk.

I’m a romantic - back then science was deeply romanticised. The rebellion of technology only existed in those minds - in the past. While the present is still advanced, we have to admit that it’s pretty dull and unspectacular. We are clearly not the 21st century kids - Bethke, Gibson, Dick and those other authors imagined. We are not cyberpunks - but whiny wieners.

Besides that I’m completely focused on creating new music.

What was the first gig you ever played and what’s been the best so far?

The first one was in a Buddhist temple in the Yunnan province. The most adventures one so far was on an aircraft carrier in the Atlantic ocean.
