Dublin-based trio Fangclub have unveiled the video for "Animal Skin" and you can watch it first via The Independent.

It's an immersive journey through live performances and life on the road that plays with the track's blend of heavy rock and scuzzy grunge riffs.

"I love the dare, hesitating/I do adore... that sinking feeling," vocalist Steven King sings.

Check it out below:

Q&A with Fangclub's Steven King

What are you listening to at the moment?

At the moment my inner demons and thoughts...musically we're listening to a lot of Wavves, FIDLAR, Charly Bliss, Milk Teeth, Elliott Smith and new Foo Fighters.

What are your plans for the rest of the year?

Whatever the inner demons say...apart from that, tour as much as possible and do some more writing and recording in between. We're like Tom Hardy in Dunkirk, we're just gonna keep going till we run out of fuel and glide on into the future, crash land, blow up our plane and get taken prisoner for the good of the music.

What was the first gig you ever played and what's been the best so far?

First gig we ever played was a local bar. We played a cover of Ace of Spades and trashed the stage...they've stopped doing gigs there...

The best show we've played...hmmm...We can't decide between supporting Pixies in Dublin or Muse, Biffy Clyro and Nothing But Thieves show in Belfast. Frank Black gave us his blessing after the Pixies show which is probably the greatest moment of our lives. When we got offstage from the Muse show, James from Biffy was standing side stage telling us we played a great gig too. Both moments are so surreal to us, like did that actually just happen?!

Fangclub's self-titled debut album is out now via Vertigo Records.
