OMD have released the video for their track "What We Have Done", from their 13th studio album The Punishment of Luxury.

The single is the first to feature Paul Humphreys on lead vocals in over 30 years, while the special vinyl release of the track was limited to just 1,000 copies.

Watch the video premiere exclusively via The Independent below:

Humpheys says of the track: "What Have We Done' is an intensely personal song about life, love and loss. It's about facing and confronting life changing decisions, and situations, that we all have to face at some point in our lives, and then having to live and deal with the resulting and inescapable consequences of our choices.

Andy McCluskey, who wrote, recorded and produced the song with Humphreys, added of the video: "The opportunity to combine an abstract arial aesthetic with human vignettes was not to be missed. The viewer is a weightless voyeur of landscape and emotional condition."

OMD are currently on tour in the UK, get tickets here. 'The Punishment of Luxury' is out now
