Three Trapped Tigers have just revealed a new song from their long-awaited second album Silent Earthling. Engrams is the second song to be released from their sophomore record and the video comes replete with an interactive experience that makes the album's artwork come to life. The more traditional passive video experience is available for your viewing pleasure below.

Keyboardist Tom Rogerson says of the song, 'This is the lushest, most melodic track on the album. It's probably the most glorious/ambient intro we've ever had, especially considering the peaks it reaches later on. It's the first track we learned to play live, and has been a bit of a set highlight for about 18 months. It's one of maybe 4 tracks on the record that sounds like a level of Mariokart.'

Three Trapped Tigers came to prominence through a succession of three tectonic-plate shifting EPs that introduced their blend of mind-melting synths, caustic guitars and cacophonous octo-armed drumming to create a singularly unique proposition. They followed this with their debut album, Route One or Die in 2011, which received a rabidly enthusiastic response and fans have been patiently awaiting the follow up ever since.

Having picked up incredible support slots with the likes of Deftones and The Dillinger Escape Plan, as well as playing transcendent sets at festivals such as ArcTanGent and 2000 Trees, Three Trapped Tigers have already become an underground phenomenon. The band will commence on a 16-date UK tour on April 17th starting in Glasgow.

Silent Earthling will be released on 1st April through Superball Music and is available pre-order now. Tickets for Three Trapped Tigers 15-date tour of the UK are available here.
