A whole roster of new names has been added to Field Day's Saturday line-up with British electronic musician James Blake down to headline.

English rapper Roots Manuva also joins the bill alongside rap artist Loyle Carner, Australian rock group Faker and Brighton-based quintet Fickle Friends.

Irish rapper Rejjie Snow completes the new wave of acts set to play the festival's opening day.

In light of his headline appointment, Blake last night (11 February) released haunting new track "Modern Soul."

The singer joins the likes of previously announced acts PJ Harvey - who'll headline the Sunday - John Grant and The Brian Jonestown Massacre in playing the East London festival.

British rock group Blossoms will also take to the stage having recently finished as runners-up in the annual BBC Sound of 2016 poll.

The festival takes place on the weekend of 11-12 June at Victoria Park. For the full weekend line-up and tickets, head here: fielddayfestivals.com
