Latitude 2015 line-up more names announced: The Charlatans, Badly Drawn Boy and Warpaint

Badly Drawn Boy, The Charlatans and Bob Geldof's Boomtown Rats are among a raft of new acts that have been added to the Latitude line-up this year.

LA four-piece Warpaint will also make their Latitude debut performing on the coveted Obelisk Arena on Sunday evening.

Drum and bass legend Roni Size has also joined the bill and will reunite his seven-piece band including Dynamite MC, Onallee, Si John, Dave Amso and Yuval Gabay.

Santigold, A Winged Victory for the Sullen, Omar Souleyman, Black Rivers, Tom Robinson, Kindness will also perform at the Suffolk festival which takes place in July.

They will join main acts which include alt-J, Portishead, Noel Gallagher, Manic Street Preachers and the Vaccines.

Laura Marling, Lianne La Havas, Femi Kuti and James Blake are also set to perform.

Special guests will include acclaimed poet Simon Armitage, Mancunian performance poet John Cooper Clarke, children’s author Michael Rosen and spoken word artist George The Poet.

Ruby Wax, Jason Manford, Alan Davies and Jack Dee are among the names leading the festival’s strong comedy line-up.

Keith Allen will bring his legendary Establishment Club back to Latitude and there will be a chance to watch the much hyped Kurt Cobain documentary, The Montage of Heck.

TV choir master Gareth Malone will also offer revellers the chance to sing in a 100-strong Latitude choir.

The Independent’s i Arena will welcome a host of upcoming talent including electro artist Clark, London based duo Goddard, Leeds quartet Adult Jazz and indie rockers Gengahr.

This year marks Latitude’s tenth birthday and the festival takes place from Thursday 16 – Sunday 19 July at Henham Park in Southwold, Suffolk.
