Massive Attack is set to tour the US and Canada in support of 2010 album Heligoland, according to an announcement posted on the band's website on August 17. The trip-hop duo will begin the outing on October 18 in Montreal and wind up in Los Angeles on November 7.
The 13-date tour (of which 12 are in the US) includes visits to New York City, Miami, and Atlanta, as well as four shows around California. Washington DC duo Thievery Corporation will join Massive Attack for all tour dates.
Heligoland, Massive Attack's first new album since 2003's 100th Window, was released in February and became a top-ten album in more than a dozen countries.
