Being an auctioneer is an art form. The profession long since transcended the function of simply keeping people updated on bids, now involving a speed and cadence of word delivery that would make Twista wince.

Auctioneer Beats spotted auctioneers' potential as rappers, and started laying their verses over hip-hop and trap beats to pretty stunning effect.

The re-dub of Schoolboy Q’s ‘Man of the Year’ is a head-nodding masterpiece, while some of the original drop-orientated beats are insanely re-loopable.

A selection of my favourites:

Claiming to “bring the heat the auction” and exclusively using livestock auctioneers, Auctioneer Beats has brought in over 34 million Loops on Vine thus far.
