Barns Courtney reveals new track 'Sinners' co-written with Carl Barat - premiere
Single is out on Friday 9 February

Barns Courtney is back with a new single: it's called "Sinners" - co-written with Carl Barat [Libertines, Carl Barat & The Jackals] - and you can hear it first via The Independent.
It's a juddering, bluesy-rock track that creeps up on you and builds to a powerful, compelling chorus that recalls the moodiest of Black Keys tracks with a bit of Johnny Cash thrown in for good measure.
Check it out below:
Courtney is following on from a successful 2017 with what looks set to be an even better year. He's headlining a show at London's Scala on 22 March 2018 (he's very impressive live), and has already shifted 100,000 copies of his debut album The Attractions of Youth.
Keep an eye out for him across the rest of 2018. "Sinners" is released on 9 February via Virgin EMI Records.
