Beyonce and Jay Z perform on the OTR II Tour in Cardiff

Beyonce and Jay-Z opened with a triumphant start to their On the Run II tour in Cardiff, which saw the couple flirt and hold hands during a massive 40-song set, which included hits such as "Crazy In Love" and "99 Problems".

According to the BBC, the show was a "two and a half hour display of affection" which, at one point, saw Beyonce walk over to her husband and begin twerking, "giving him the giggles".

The show included songs that addressed infidelity by Jay-Z, from Beyonce's incendiary album Lemonade, as well as confessional tracks from his own album 4:44. Both records were nominated for Grammy awards at the 2017 and 2018 ceremonies, respectively.

On giant screens that stretched the width of the stadium, images of the couple were torn apart then pieced back together again, while video footage showed them reuniting in a church and renewing their wedding vows, with a message reading: "Endless love."

"Thank you guys for sharing this beautiful night with us," Beyonce said, as they closed the show, once again holding hands.
