Billie Eilish has revealed that her new album will be released on 30 July.

The Grammy Award-winner announced the forthcoming arrival of her new record – titled Happier Than Ever – in an Instagram post today (27 April).

“MY NEW ALBUM ‘Happier Than Ever’ OUT JULY 30TH!” wrote the singer. “This is my favorite [sic] thing i’ve ever created and i am so excited and nervous and EAGER for you to hear it. i can’t even tell you.

“I’ve never felt so much love for a project than i do for this one. Hope you feel what I feel.”

Eilish accompanied the announcement with a photograph of what appears to be the album cover, in which she wears a white cardigan and is sporting her new bleached blonde hairstyle.

The 19-year-old also revealed that a new single will be released on Thursday (29 April) at 5.00pm in the UK ahead of the album’s release in July.

The singer’s announcement comes days after billboards featuring the album title and release date begun to appear in cities across the world.

Happier Than Ever follows two years after Eilish’s debut album, the critically acclaimed When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, which was released in 2019.
