Bob Dylan tour: How to get tickets for Dylan's arena shows

The folk-rock icon is playing six arenas around the UK

Tickets for Bob Dylan's UK arena tour are on sale from 13 December at 10am.

The Nobel Prize-winning folk-rock icon announced details of the tour earlier this month. His 37th studio album Fallen Angels was released via Columbia Records in May 2016.

Patti Smith attended the Nobel ceremony in Stockholm to honour Dylan at the annual awards dinner, where she performed a rendition of his song 'A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall'.

1) Make sure you are ready and waiting with the web page up at least five minutes before 9am.

5) Get your friends to try too, but stay in contact in case you all succeed and end up with a bunch of tickets you didn’t want. If you do need to sell any on, do so at face value. No-one likes a tout.

6) Be patient and avoid refreshing or switching between browsers. Stick with one tab and have some faith! Be prepared to wait for an hour to get tickets
