BTS' Burn the Stage: The Movie gets worldwide release dates
It will debut in India for the first time

K-pop group BTS's tour documentary Burn the Stage: The Movie was such a hit in limited release that it is returning to cinemas for a wider one around the world.
Variety reports that there will be encore showings in 1,400 cinemas globally, encompassing 2,696 screens.
These were kicked off in the UK at the weekend, and will move on to the US, Australasia, Latin America, Germany Indonesia and other territories. The film will also gets its debut in India.
The extra screenings are sure to secure the all-time box office record for an "event cinema" movie, the term for non-traditional films or screenings of operas, ballets etc that make it to cinemas. The tour doc already landed the record for most admissions in its fun run, eclipsing One Direction: Where We Are.
Burn the Stage: The Movie follows the K-pop septet on their Wings tour and charts their invasion of the mainstream music scene.
BTS have released six studio albums to date, the most recent being March's Love Yourself: Tear.
