South Korean boy band sensation BTS have achieved what once might have seemed unachievable, their new album, Love Yourself: Tear - sung mostly in Korean - reaching the top of the Billboard 200 music charts.
The seven-piece, fawned over by a fanbase who call themselves the ARMY, are at the forefront of the global rise of Korean entertainment being called the Korean Wave.
According to Billboard, the album is "the first primarily foreign-language No. 1 album in over 12 years."
BTS - made up of members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Rap Monster, Jimin, V and Jungkook - have over 15 million followers on Twitter and have been selling out shows recently across the US.
Love Yourself: Tear entered the UK album chart at number eight, with the group set to embark on a European tour later this year.
