Cardi B pulls out of Parklife 2019 'to recover from plastic surgery'
Rapper has cancelled all forthcoming shows to let her body heal from cosmetic breast surgery and liposuction

Cardi B has dropped out of Parklife Festival 2019, organisers have announced.
The rapper was scheduled to headline the event in Manchester but pulled out in order to recover from plastic surgery, according to reports.
In a statement shared on their social media channels, Parklife organisers said: “As some of you will have seen, Cardi B was forced to cancel some performances in May.
"The Parklife team have just been notified that Cardi now also needs to pull out of Parklife this weekend. As such there will be some changes to the previously advertised lineup, stage splits, and times. We are working on this currently.”
The Invasion Of Privacy star recently postponed shows in the US, apparently under doctor’s orders, to let her body heal from cosmetic breast surgery and liposuction.
Despite playing the Summer Jam festival in New Jersey last weekend (2 June), Cardi has now cancelled all further shows.
“My doctor was like, ‘Yo, you cannot be doing all these shows because you’re not fully healed and I keep telling you this and then if something happens to you, you gonna to try to blame me,” she said in an Instagram broadcast.
She said flying to shows made her body "swell up", adding that the cancellations had cost her "millions of dollars".
“I hate cancelling shows because I love money, I’m a money addict and I get paid a lot of money for these shows,” she said.
She has yet to post an apology or statement addressing the Parklife cancellation.
