Drake matches The Beatles' record with 14 singles in top 100 chart at the same time
Drake unexpectedly released a 17-song mix-tape album last week

Drake has become the latest artist after more than five decades to secure the most amount of singles to top 100 chart positions at any one time.
The rapper currently has 14 singles in the Billboard Top 100, which has not been done since the Beatles did so with the same number of songs in the same chart almost 51 years ago.
Drake’s album If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late was released unexpectedly last week and debuted at number one before Smoke + Mirrors by rock band Imagine Dragons dethroned it.
Thanks to his new 17 songs, he now has 14 of them lined up in the ranks – however none of them are in the top 10 and he is a featured artist in four of the singles.

If Drake, real name Aubrey Drake Graham, is to surpass the success of the Beatles then he might want to get back in the studio.
The Beatles also had five of their singles in all of the top five positions of the Billboard charts on 4 April 1964 with “Can’t Buy Me Love” at number one.
