Felicite Tomlinson death: James Corden and Olly Murs pay tribute to Louis Tomlinson’s sister
'So many people are pulling for you and your family right now'
Celebrities have paid tribute to Félicité Tomlinson, a social media influencer and sister of pop star Louis Tomlinson, who has died age 18.
Tomlinson collapsed at her home in Earl’s Court, London on Wednesday 13 March after suffering a suspected cardiac arrest.
Olly Murs wrote on Twitter: “Absolutely heartbreaking hearing the news of Louis sister Félicité. Sending my love to him and all his family right now! Awful news.”
James Corden also paid tribute on social media writing: “Such incredibly sad news today. You’re not on your own in this Louis Tomlinson. So many people are pulling for you and your family right now.”
Singer Charlie Puth wrote: “Prayers to Louis Tomlinson. I can’t imagine how hard it is right now. Love to you brother I’m so sorry and my prayers are with you.”
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: ”Police were called by London Ambulance Service at 12.52pm on Wednesday, 13 March to a residential address following reports of a female in cardiac arrest.
“A female believed to be aged 18 was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination will take place in due course.”
The death of Félicité, known as Fizzy, is being treated as “unexplained” at this stage.
Louis Tomlinson was expected to perform during tonight’s (15 March) Comic Relief show, but has since pulled out. The former One Direction singer was to perform the track “Two of Us” – the song, released last week, features lyrics about Tomlinson’s mother, who died of leukaemia in 2016.
He said playing the song to his sisters for the first time was “tough” because he “didn’t want them to get caught up in the sadness”, adding: “As their big brother, if I can sing those words it’ll hopefully help them too.”

Lyrics to the track include the lines: “It’s been a minute since I called you/ You’ll never know how much I miss you/ The day that they took you/ I wish it was me instead/ But you once told me don’t give up.
