James Blake isn't feeling any pressure after releasing his debut album.

The 21-year-old British dubstep-minimalist artist - who released his self titled record on Monday (07.02.11) - thinks he has done the best job he can with his music and is not allowing himself to worry about how it will be received.

He said: "Pressure isn't real - it just isn't. I can't make my album any better now it's done. My attitude to everything has always been: do the most honest job you can."

James - who was runner up in BBC's Sound of 2011 poll - loves Stevie Wonder and Sam Cooke but admitted Joni Mitchell is a particular favourite.

He explained to The Scotsman: "Joni Mitchell's album 'Blue' totally destroyed me and then built me back up again. Second year at uni, I listened to it every day for six months. Every diary entry would have read, 'Got up, made toast, put on Blue.' But it was music that always stayed in my room - I never listened to it outside. Actually, come to think of it, I never went outside much that year."
