K-pop girl group manage to slip over on stage nine times during one song

Yuju had a particularly tough time

K-pop girl group GFriend are nothing if not tenacious.

Performing on an apparently slippery stage in South Korea on Saturday, they fell down nine times during an admittedly fiendish dance routine.

Band member Yuju had a particularly tough time, hitting the deck eight times during the song, with SinB also slipping around the halfway mark.

They picked themselves up though, and ploughed through the rest of the track undeterred.

Rain was probably the cause of the slippery stage, with someone getting on the stage in a poncho at the end of the performance, but whatever it was, people have been enjoying the dose of schadenfreude, with over 1.3 million people having already viewed the video.
