Lollapalooza has announced its 2018 lineup and there are no female musicians until the fourth line of the poster.

The Chicago music festival will host The Weeknd, Bruno Mars Arctic Monkeys and Jack White as its headliners.

But the lineup continues for three lines with male-identifying performers up until the fourth line where CHVRCHES, St. Vincent and Dua Lipa are slotted.

Pop star Camila Cabello appears on the fifth row of the poster.

As a result, some took to the internet to express their outrage.

One user wrote, "Hire more women and minorities and LGBTQIA+ people to do your booking."

Another user encouraged the male-identifying headliners to speak up against the lack of gender representation.

Another user wrote, "Wow I guess @Lollapalooza hates women based on none in the top 2 lines."

A fourth pointed out how festivals have continued failing women and women of colour.

Alongside Lollapalooza, music festivals including Bonnaroo, Firefly and Coachella have also come under fire for not having enough gender representation in their lineups.

In 2017, Lolapalooza headliners included Muse, The Killers and Chance The Rapper.

This year's festival will take place August 2-5 at Grant Park in Chicago, IL.
