Miley Cyrus, last seen clothed in 42 AD, has posted a new music video for “fan favourite” track “Lighter”.

The video follows in the psychedelic style of her previous one for ‘Dooo It!’ (though with noticeably less white goo), seeing lurid patterns projected onto her face and naked body.

“Lighter” itself is a really strong track, produced by Mike WiLL Made-It and sounding kind of 80s-influenced with the drums - very reminiscent of the Drive soundtrack.

Fuck yeah! After our 1st show in Chicago (which was totally turnt) we loved seeing y'all singing along to all the Dead Petz jamsssss but seemed like this one was a fan favorite!!!!! For all of you who can't be with us in Detroit tonight and of course for all of you who will here is the official Lighter music video directed by me and Wayne Coyne featuring Jen Stark's bad ass animated kaleidoscopic projections!!!!!

“F*ck yeah! After our 1st show in Chicago (which was totally turnt) we loved seeing y'all singing along to all the Dead Petz jamsssss but seemed like this one was a fan favorite!!!!!” Miley wrote on Facebook.

“For all of you who can't be with us in Detroit tonight and of course for all of you who will here is the official Lighter music video directed by me and Wayne Coyne featuring Jen Stark's bad ass animated kaleidoscopic projections!!!!!”

“Lighter” is taken from her most recent album Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz, which she made with The Flaming Lips and released for free straight after hosting the VMAs in August.

We're still waiting on that concert she said she'd play naked while 'spewing' a nude audience with aforementioned white goo, though.
