Ryan Adams announces 2019 UK and Ireland tour

The musician will tour ahead of the release of three new albums planned for this year

Ryan Adams has announced a UK and Ireland for 2019.

The musician will tour ahead of the release of three new albums planned for this year, with the first, Big Colours, set for release on 19 April.

Adams has already previewed two songs from the album: “Doylestown Girl” and “Manchester”. The second album set for release is titled Wednesdays, while the third is still untitled.

Stops will include Dublin, London, Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Sheffield, and Cambridge.

Adams revealed the news on Twitter, writing: “I’m bringing #BigColours to the UK this spring. Dance Partay!”

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, 25 January. However, fans who have pre-ordered Big Colours from Pax-Am Records will gain exclusive access to a pre-sale on Wednesday, 23 January.

2 April – London, Royal Albert Hall
5 April – Newcastle, O2 Academy
6 April – Birmingham, O2 Academy
7 April – Manchester, O2 Apollo
9 April – Glasgow, Royal Concert Hall
10 April – Sheffield, O2 Academy
11 April – Cambridge, Corn Exchange
