Standon Calling festival has added a fresh wave of names to the lineup for its 2018 event, which takes place between 26 - 29 July.

Jarvis Cocker (DJ Set) leads the way as one of the most influential and groundbreaking frontmen and songwriter of his time, along with electronic artist Matthew Dear.

Also added to the billing are Easy Life, Bakar, emerging singer Lily Moore and alt-pop artist Ralph Taylor.

Over on the BBC Introducing stage you'll find garage rock band Ten Tonnes, Folly Rae, Declan J Donovan, Blushes and The Scruff, who join Malika, Holiday Oscar, Tabou and Emma McGrath - with a Very Special Secret Headliner still to be revealed.

Standon Calling is also determined to build on its fun, family-friendly vibe that recalls a good old-fashioned village fete, so this year guests can look forward to The Standon Calling Playing Fields: with games and activities at every turn, festival-goers can jump into the likes of Lord Trenchard’s Cricket Tournament, Binocular Football, Sock Wrestling (don't ask) and more.

Also new for 2018, the Vinyl Frontier will offer vinyl decks spinning for campers to bring their own vinyl to soundtrack this special area where music fans can chill out in (hopefully) warm weather.

Previously announced are headliners Bryan Ferry and Paloma Faith, along with a homecoming performance by singer-songwriter George Ezra, who recently scored a No.1 album with his second LP Staying at Tamara's.

Music fans will also be able to enjoy the likes of Goldfrapp, The Horrors, Django Django and Maribou State, plus fresh talent including Little Simz, The Amazons, Marmozets, Shame, Ibibio Sound Machine and Dream Wife.

Tickets for Standon Calling are on sale now.
