The lineup for the Laundry Meadows stage (in association with The Independent) at Standon Calling has been revealed, and it’s even bigger and better than last year.

Punk-rock band Idles, Kate Nash and The Big Moon are headlining across the three days, while The Joy Formidable, Flamingods, Saint Agnes, Steam Down, Fangclub, Honey Lung and many more.

For anyone who wants to stay up late on the Saturday or Sunday (you definitely should), the stage is hosting Sado Opera on 27 July and Savage Disco the following evening.

Sado Opera, the queer performance band based in Berlin, are bound to put on an eccentric, flamboyant and visually thrilling show, while notorious club night Savage Disco – the little sister of drag ball extravaganza Sink the Pink – will serve up an evening of feel-good house and disco.

We’re thrilled at how diverse and representative the range of talent is on this year’s stage – the curators at Standon have outdone themselves yet again.

Standon Calling takes place between 25 – 28 July near the village of Standon, Hertfordshire, in the stunning countryside.
