It's been a bewildering time for fans of Andrew WK. The messianic gonzo party rocker with the nosebleed and soiled Tshirt has, in sequence, become a motivational speaker, played solo piano concerts, and confirmed rumours that he initially auditioned for the role of AWK. This is Mr Wilkes-Krier's "lost third album" which, after an overwrought overture, rapidly reverts to his trademark style, namely Van Halen exuberance at Ramones velocity - a shot of undiluted positivity that leaves you feeling like a dog that's heard "walkies".
