With the word-of-mouth buzz surrounding their first two albums still approaching its crescendo, the Brooklyn quartet resurface with a third which could see them do a Bon Iver or a Fleet Foxes.
Both of whom are, as it happens, not unhelpful reference points for Grizzly Bear's sound. Veckatimest (it's an island off the coast of Massachusetts) is a shamelessly retro experience. Ed Droste and his band specialise in country rock with a veneer of orchestral grandeur. Imagine CSN&Y for the ATP generation.
