When Cars' drive-time country-rock deviates from the road's middle, Dravs' other friends, Arcade Fire, are echoed in their choral flushes, male-female harmonies and prickly dramatics. They show a weakness for the winsome, but Faye O'Rourke's fabulous foghorn fixes that: when she takes the mic, Cars' promise rings out loudly.
