Crow's most recent foray into the spotlight came not with a hit record, but with her pronouncement that we ought to use just one sheet of toilet paper per visit.
In an attempt to take our minds off the fragrant implications of this, she's brought out an album in which she ventures down the retro-soul path. It opens with a number that nicks the intro from Sam & Dave's "Soul Man", and is dotted with straight-up covers, including Terence Trent D'Arby's "Sign Your Name". You'd need more than one sheet of Andrex to mop up the results.
