Just one small part of the Loretta synergy that's cracklin' on a variety of media platforms in 2011: a 12-track symposium, no less, on the multifarious ways in which America's finest don't do Loretta anything like as well as Loretta did herself; from Gretchen Wilson, via Lee Ann Womack to the White Stripes and Kid Rock, Steve Earle and Lucinda Williams.

And it's OK, I suppose, but a dollar'll getcha five you're more likely to be listening to Eilen Jewell's Butcher Holler album in a year's time.
