The Princess Royal, Patron, National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, visits the Dorchester and District Bureau, Dorchester, Dorset; visits Kingston Maurward College in Dorchester, to open their new Indoor Riding Arena; opens Exeter and Devon Airport Limited's new extension to the arrival facilities at Exeter Airport, Devon; visits Wiltshire and Swindon Users' Network, an organisation run by disabled people for the benefit of the disabled, Devizes, Wiltshire; opens Cedar House and Elm Court Housing Association Development, for local people on the Housing Needs Register, together with the Drews Pond Wood Local Nature Reserve, Devizes; visits Canons House Children's Respite Care Home, for children with disabilities, Devizes; and, as Colonel, the Blues and Royals (Royal Horse Guards and 1st Dragoons), takes the salute at Beat Retreat on Horse Guards, London SW1. The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, Parkinson's Disease Society, attends the Nurse Specialist Project Presentation at King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill, London SE5.
Changing of the Guard
The Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment mounts the Queen's Life Guard at Horse Guards, 11am; Nijmegen Company Grenadier Guards mounts the Queen's Guard, at Buckingham Palace, 11.30am, band provided by the Coldstream Guards.
