Telethon statistics

15,012,989 pounds was donated during the 28 hours of ITV's Telethon. This is well on the way to the 24 million that was collected in the last Telethon two years ago. An updated figure will be available in September. The audience peaked at 9.64 million for the Coronation Street special.
