Oliviers 2015 as it happened: Ray Davies' Sunny Afternoon wins big as Kevin Spacey honoured for work at Old Vic
The Young Vic outshined its sister theatre down the road

Despite Memphis the Musical and Beautiful: Carole King the Musical leading the nominations, it was Ray Davies' Sunny Afternoon that won the most Oliviers of any production.

The Oliviers are voted for by four separate panels for theatre, opera, dance and Affiliate.
The majority of awards fall in the theatre category, which is voted for by five anonymous members chosen with specialist knowledge and eight members of the theatregoing public.
A production has to run for a minimum of 30 performances to be eligible for a nomination at the Oliviers.
