Agents of Shield season 5 confirmed by Marvel and AMC
Clark Gregg and Ming-Na Wen have been celebrating

When Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. first hit TV screens, millions of viewers tuned in, witnessing the resurrection of Coulson following the Avengers.
Since then, ratings have thinned drastically, mainly thanks to the first season’s quality being somewhat lower than expected.
However, thanks to a sturdy second season, excellent third, and riveting fourth, the Marvel show has been renewed once more by ABC.
Cast members, including Clark Gregg and Ming-Na Wen, have been celebrating the news online, posting various thankful messages to fans via social media.
A fifth season was questioned after ABC and Marvel announced another TV show: an adaptation of The Inhumans — starring Game of Thrones’ Iwan Rheon — will touch down later this year.
Season four of S.H.I.E.L.D. was notable for being the first to be sliced into various sections, the first half being sub-headlined ‘Ghost Rider’, the third quarter ‘LMDs’, and the final ‘The Framework’.
Along with The Inhumans, there are also numerous other Marvel shows reaching screens in the near future, including The New Warriors, The Defenders, and Cloak and Dagger.
