Alec Baldwin has finally returned as Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live, marking his first appearance playing the President in 2018.

Opening the show — this week hosted by Natalie Portman — the sketch spoofed Fox & Friends, a show Trump has Tweeted about multiple times.

First up was an interview with Hope Hicks, the current White House Communications Director, played by Cecily Strong. “We love the show over here,” she says. “It’s always playing at full volume during every meeting.”

Following a second mock interview with controversial activist Louis Farrakhan (Chris Redd), Baldwin’s Trump finally makes an appearance, wearing pyjamas and eating McDonald's.

“I’m saving the economy, destroying ISIS, and right now I’m getting my daily intelligence briefing… from you guys,” the impersonator quips.

“Thanks so much, your show is great. Huge ratings. Of course, not as big as the ratings for my state of the union speech which was watched by 10 billion people, including all of China. They say there are only 7 billion people on Earth, so where did the other 3 billion come from? Illegals, I don't know.” Watch the sketch below.

During the same show, Portman once again performed an explicit rap, having done so 12 years beforehand when hosting the show in 2006. Watch here.
